Can problematic areas in the scan data be removed and be re-scanned?

  • Home >>

Since the iScan software has an intelligent scan detection algorithm, the DiOS 4.0 (i500) can easily fill in blank spots in the scan data at any point of the scanning process. This means that even if you have already reached the occlusion scanning stage, you can still choose to go back to the maxilla or mandible scanning stage and simply cut out the unsatisfactory data to rescan it.
